We don’t offer direct returns or exchanges. We are happy to address damages and shipping errors, so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase.
- Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at 1.305.987.3930, or e-mail us at info@gigisorganix.com within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please don't wait days or weeks before you address this matter, as we will not be able to help you.
Please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items, in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
